How can I prevent acne while taking prednisone?
I'm starting dose of prednisone for 8 weeks and I know how to get avoid getting acne when I am taking this medicine. I know that acne is a side effect of this medicine. I took it once and had a severe case of acne was very painful. Thanks in advance.
Also suffered from acne while taking prednisone. I am still on prednisone, but my acne has been established recently. I am perfect and can not know what I'm doing differently. An antibiotic such as tetracycline probably helps with acne and does not interact with prednisone. Question your doctor about this before starting a diet. Excellent luck!
